Here is the method I used:

First I bought a domain with a name that could allow me to cover any subject I like as I don’t want to pay a domain name for every new websites I create in this situation.

I bought the domain : information-and-facts.com

This domain has a high potential in keyword value and also in general use. After that I needed to explore the market and verify some decent keywords and niches. I decided to start with animals as I did an experiment a while back: I created a website on elephants and it ended out turning pretty well and making decent income because of Google picture research and also because of add placement. The website is elephant-facts.com. It is the model I decided to use for the next websites to come. I would use the same word press template and the same method I used to write the content.

What I did was copy the information on Wikipedia and just rewrite it to make it unique and of high quality.

In this new scenario however I decided to hire someone to do the job in my place. I went to freelancer.com and posted a project and turned out to find a pretty good guy that would do me 99 articles for $115 each of 400 words +.

I told him I wanted 11 subjects covered and that I needed 9 high quality articles for each of them… This comes out to only 1.15$ per articles pretty amazing for a unique article don’t you think?

Then When I received the article I created a WordPress on sub domains of http://www.information-and-facts.com/ pretty identical to the elephant website.

Formula : Unique content, 400words articles + and pictures that are well optimized SEO-wise as they are a huge source of traffic as everyone like animal pictures. For the SEO part, I do that myself later on.

Everyday I make a new website like that one for about $12, by the end of the year I have 3X0 websites (cost of 3000$ that will get payback in the same usually for most as yhe SEO is well done). In the next year take that 300 and if they bring me lets say a minimum of $50 then: 300x 50 = 15 000$ and the year after that even more as the website gets more easy traffic.

I am now working on the same concept but with keywords that will allow me to also sell items on top of the ad sense revenue; I will keep you informed on what happens.

On the other hand receiving backlinks from the same IP can be considered bad by Search engines and they can devaluate you. Site-wide Links are not bad and will not affect you, but if 99% of your backlinks come from the same IP it will look unnatural and as you suspect the value of the backlinks will be really diminished.

The importance of diversifying IP from external backlink source

As you might have realized commenting thousand of time on forums to get your signature backlink is a waste of time. Those 1000 backlinks will not give you a huge boost and having 10 or 1000 won’t make a real difference. If you want solid backlinks you need to get many from different IP sources. Those huge quantity of backlinks from same IP will never give you a huge SERP impacts. In fact 2 good signature from 2 different IP address of same value, is worth more for SERP, then 1000 backlinks from only one of these 2 site.

How to get different IP Backlinks and international backlinks

Having backlinks from multiple international IPs is very important and should be considered as it barely takes any effort to do once you know some tricks. Of course international IP means websites from other countries speaking and hosting websites in other languages.

You don’t need to know tons of languages to be able to access every other forums on the internet. In fact you only need to know one language, preferably English. First you need to go download the Google Toolbar and install it. It is a very important tool for language and communication and web browsing.

First we need to force Google to search on different languages so we can find websites hosted in various locations

Then select a language. I selected Greek.

The you must do a search, no matter what comes in mind to you. ( You should use the Google translator and translate “Greek forum” to Greek language so you get even more relevant queries.)

Welcome on that Greek website. Of course everything is in Greek and you cannot read or navigate well on this site. This is where the Google translator tool comes in handy.

Now you can navigate on that website and go create an account and get a IP from Greece. You can verify that this website is Greek using SEO Spyglass (forum.gr is on a American forum… OH WELL) BUT once that is done you can analyze www.forum.gr on SEO Spyglass to get access international links linking in. We will use some reverse engineering to get many backlinks from forum.gr.

To save time navigating through hundreds of foreign websites, we will use a special feature of SEO spyglass that allows you to find only some specific kind of backlinks. We want some backlinks from Forums and commenting.

Selecting “Show Backlinks From Blogs & Forums Only” is a great tool and do not forget to check at the “PAGE PR” do not waste time on NO PR pages. Rather keep repeating the process, finding high PR sites in other languages and then use SEO Spyglass to Reverse Engineer their backlinks from Blogs & Forums. And use the Google translator to translate those pages and post your backlinks!

This will allow you to diversify your IP and win some trust from Google and other Search Engines.

Many people think or learned that all you need to rank high in search engines is building backlinks to rank high on certain keywords. To get high rankings in the SERPS, you need to have good content. You must deliver to your readers what is valuable to them and this is one of the most important SEO tips that you should keep in mind.

Search engines have been evolving and adapting to the internet in the last years and they are much smarter than before. They are not like they used to be, as they can now identify which content would be of use to Internet users. When providing content for SEO, you have to make sure that you can write good content that will be able to generate traffic that translates into sales or PPC. You cannot expect your visitors to click on your links and buy what you sell if they got here because of your high ranking in the SERP to then realize that this content, and thus website itself is bad material.
